I have been a family member of WVCC since 2012. It has been an amazing experience to be a part of such a welcoming and friendly club. We have worked diligently as a team to pride ourselves on an awesome Pro Shop team, great course and fantastic food and beverage. Prior to coming to WVCC, I have worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. I graduated from Emory University in Atlanta and continued my education by going to culinary school. After school, I had an opportunity to work with my husband, also a trained chef, managing the Dundee Bistro. Working with the legendary Ponzi Vineyards family was a blast and taught me an abundance about wine. For most of the last decade, I worked for McCormick and Schmick?s. During my tenure at M&S, I was the General Manager of a restaurant while also serving the chain nationally.
